At Sportsmax, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below.
What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.
You must notify us within a reasonable time (generally within 72 hours after you have received the product) after you become aware that you got a defective product. We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please contact us through email with a picture of the broken/damaged product and you will receive a confirmation call from our side within next 24 hours. Once contacted we will indicate to you what the best way to return any products. We may not accept products returned without a Return Authorisation Number.
I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?
Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 15 days apart. You will receive a credit note for the same amount from SportsMax in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. You can use this credit note to purchase any product on http://www.sportsmax.in
I want to return the product because don’t need anymore?
If you wish to return your purchase, please do not open the seal. We will take it back but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
But I opened the product seal. Will you take it back?
We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used. We will deduct 20% amount in refund.
Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Sportsmax will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you ordered a yellow shuttle, but you now want a blue one and wish to exchange it - Sportsmax would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices and Original product picture verification compulsory in any case of return.
- The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 10 days apart.

- Please make sure that the returned item are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
- We do not refund, repair or replace where in our reasonable opinion the product/good becomes unmerchandisable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
